Building playgrounds is how TPOP empowers children who don’t have a safe space to play, which is important to nourish children’s mental health and the development of crucial cognitive, physical, social and emotional skills. The building of these playgrounds in community spaces brings joy to thousands of children across the world, who may not otherwise have access to this crucial aspect in childhood development. TPOP partners with organizations and individuals as part of the commitment to sustainable, bottom-up development, and as a way to involve the local community and children. As part of this search for new partners, it has launched the TPOP Playground Partnership Program application process to partner with selected nonprofit and community-based organizations from countries around the world to build playgrounds in their communities.
